Andrea Odinov teaches voice and movement, voice and speech, and dialects at LMU, and serves as the voice/speech coach for the University's Center for Teaching Excellence. Before her transition from adjunct to full-time at LMU, Andrea also taught three levels of Fitzmaurice Voicework® at the Lee Strasberg Institute for Theatre and Film, where she focused on integration of Fitzmaurice Voicework® and Lee Strasberg's "Method Acting." Andrea has provided vocal and/or dialect coaching for the Odyssey Theater, The Road Theatre Co., Antaeus Theatre Co., Lower Depth Theatre Ensemble,The Ghost Road Theatre, The Group Theatre, Long Beach Playhouse, USC School of Theatre, and the 24th St. Theatre in Los Angeles. Previous teaching posts include the Tom Todoroff Studio, University of California, Irvine, and the University of California, Santa Barbara. Andrea continues to coach actors and public speakers privately in Los Angeles, in addition to providing teaching assistance during Fitzmaurice Certification programs. Her acting credits include the Laguna Playhouse, Texas Shakespeare Festival, the Sacred Fools Theatre, the Blank Theatre, and several episodic television and commercial roles. She is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, AEA, and VASTA.
