Kendra is a freelance, arts-based coach whose mission is to help her clients connect with others through comfortable communication. Kendra believes every person has the right to be heard, connect, and live authentically. Be it for a meeting, presentation, comedy set, or life in general, Kendra delights in life’s possibilities and exploring what helps different individuals flourish and communicate effectively in any situation.
Her goals as a coach are to remind people of their inherent strengths and individuality through the voice. As a positive psychology advocate, Kendra focuses on what's working and builds on it. With her experience as a Fitzmaurice Voicework® teacher and Yogi, Kendra explores the voice, body, and breath connection and how all are used to communicate our messages in this world and how we can use them all effectively.
Kendra is an active member of the Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA) and currently wears the hats of Co-Chair of the Business and Corporate Consulting Committee (BizCorp), The Associate Director of Technology, and the 2019 Conference Director.
She’s a certified practitioner of Vocal Yoga®, Vinyasa Yoga, and Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga. And she’s also a MentorCoach Candidate.
