Nathan Crocker is a freelance actor and teacher living in New York. He most recently taught voice and speech, acting and musical theatre singing for undergrads at the University of California, Irvine, where he studied with Master teacher Phil Thompson and Associate Teacher Cynthia Bassham. He served as Assistant Director/Dialect Coach for UCI’s production of Little Women and as Assistant Voice/Text Coach for Cincinnati Playhouse in The Park’s production of Othello. Nathan has spent much of his time performing Shakespeare and musical theatre with companies across the country including Georgia Shakespeare Festival, The American Shakespeare Center (formerly Shenandoah Shakespeare), Santa Rosa Summer Rep, NC Stage Company and, most recently, making his first turn as Othello at The Rogue Theatre in Tucson Arizona.
