Dr. Sadhana Nayak is a Mumbai based laryngologist focusing on optimization, clinical care and rehabilitation of the professional and performance voice. She is currently a consultant laryngologist at Nanavati Superspecialty Hospital in Mumbai. With an eclectic background in otolaryngology [ENT], Indian classical singing, broadcast voice training and psychology, she brings a unique insight to her work as a voice doctor and coach. Apart from maintaining a private practice in Mumbai, she conducts workshops and training programs for television networks, corporate organizations and educational institutions. She has delivered lectures, made scientific presentations and has been invited as a panellist at national and international conferences and symposia. After her postgraduate studies in Otolaryngology (ENT) from Mumbai University, India, she completed a Fellowship in ‘Laryngology and Care of the Professional Voice’ with Dr. Robert Sataloff in Philadelphia. She was awarded the Fulbright Fellowship for the academic year 2011- 12, as visiting faculty for Voice at New York University, Tisch School of the Arts, Department of Drama. She trained as a vocologist with Dr. Brian Gill at NYU Steinhardt.
