Theresa currently teaches Voice and Speech at NYU Tisch School of the Arts New Studio on Broadway, the American Musical Dramatic Academy, and at HB Studio. She has taught introductory voice to undergraduates at the New York Conservatory of Dramatic Art, and to high school students at the NYU Tisch School of the Arts Summer Intensive, the School for Film and Television Summer Program, and at the South of Broadway Summer Conservatory. Theresa is a voice and speech coach in private practice, working with actors, broadcasters, news anchors, and corporate clients in New York City. Other voice and speech training includes studies with Patsy Rodenburg, Lessac Kinesensic Training™ with Nancy Krebs, Speech and Dialects with Deborah Hecht, Linklater technique with Virginia Ness and Louis Colaianni, and Knight-Thompson Speechwork™ with Dudley Knight and Phil Thompson. As a performer, Theresa appeared on Broadway in the Tony® award winning productions of The Heidi Chronicles and I’m Not Rappaport, and in productions Off-Broadway, at Lincoln Center, and on PBS American Playhouse as well as many regional theatre productions across the country. Theresa is a proud member of AEA, SAG-AFTRA and VASTA and is a Certified Reiki practitioner.
